The certification was awarded during the third annual “Quality Chain Future” New Energy Industry Conference hosted by UL Solutions, bringing together global leaders and innovators in the field. The award was presented in a formal ceremony by UL Solutions, with Cliff Lin, Vice President of YAGEO Group’s Circuit Protection Components (CPC) Product Business Unit, accepting the certification on behalf of the company. |

The UL1434A certification, coupled with successful AEC-Q200 qualification, confirms that YAGEO Group’s automotive-grade PPTC thermistor meets the highest standards of performance and reliability. Designed to perform in extreme conditions—including temperatures up to 125°C, high humidity, and intense vibration—the thermistor delivers advanced multi-layered protection for automotive electronic systems.
With this landmark recognition from UL Solutions, YAGEO Group continues to shape the future of automotive electronics and affirm its position at the forefront of the new energy revolution.
A key feature of the PPTC thermistor is its resettable fuse function, which automatically disconnects power during overcurrent or overheating events and restores normal operation once the issue is resolved.
