Yageo certified as a SONY Green Partner
Yageo's dedication to environmental protection over the years has strengthened its global competitiveness as the world's leading companies like SONY, Dell, NEC and LG stepped up their drives for “green” products. To qualify their Approved Vendor Lists, the vendors must be able to provide environmental friendly electronic parts as well as passing the rigid certification procedures.
Sony developed the SONY Green Partner program in 2001 to encourage SONY's suppliers to implement rigorous environmental programs in making minimized environmental impact products.
